7. Marketing and communication
Every form of contact with your target group leaves a certain impression. Everything is important: the impression you make in a sales pitch, the design of your web shop but also the stand on the Trade Fair. You will also use means to get your target group to notice your product. These can be a website or social media.
Of course you will need a good product, but if your (future) customer does not know that you produce this great product you will not make a profit. Use 50 percent of your time and money on (producing) your product or service and the other half on marketing, communication and sales.
